BARNA BROW, BASEMENT EXTENSION

The challenge of this project was to create a series of exciting vibrant spaces which would read as a fluent extension of the original house whilst contrasting with the existing historical language. To achieve this, Fairfax & Sparrow arranged the swimming pool and function room around a sunken courtyard bringing natural light and a connection to the garden in to the heart of the basement.

 

3D modelling software was used to quickly help the client visualise the preliminary layouts.
