BARNA BROW, RESIDENTIAL EXTENSION & REFURBISHMENT
Barna Brow is a detached house in the Arts and Crafts style, built in the 1930s. The house is not listed, but it lies within the Headington Hill Conservation Area and has been designated by the Planning Department to be of special local historical significance.
Fairfax & Sparrow worked closely with the owners to develop a scheme to extend and update the property to create a sustainable, low-maintenance, modern family home whilst protecting the distinctive character and heritage value of the property.
The proposals were granted planning approval in September 2015.
